Return and Refund Policy

At 8-Bit Armor, we stand behind our products and want you to feel good about your order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any included packaging or accessories. Items that show signs of use, modification, damage from handling, or normal wear may not be eligible for a refund.

Discounted items are eligible for return unless they are specifically marked as final sale.

To start a return, contact us at support@8bitarmor.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@8bitarmor.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

For approved damage, defect, or wrong-item claims, we will offer a replacement or a refund. In many cases, we may not require the defective item to be returned. If we do need the item returned, we’ll provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

5-Year Limited Defect Warranty

8-Bit Armor products are covered by a 5-year limited defect warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your item fails because of a covered defect, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. For approved defect claims, 8-Bit Armor will cover any required return shipping, or we may choose not to require the defective item to be returned.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, modification, improper storage, normal aging, or damage caused by abuse or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

To submit a warranty claim, contact support@8bitarmor.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Preorders

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the order ships.

If a preorder shipping timeline changes significantly, we’ll provide an updated estimate when available. If you don’t want to wait, you may cancel your preorder before shipment for a full refund.

Exchanges

We currently handle exchanges case by case. If you need a replacement because your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@8bitarmor.com.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, digital items, and items specifically marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, contact us at support@8bitarmor.com and we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier.
