8-Bit Armor is operated by JM BRANDS LLC. We currently ship orders to customers in the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment location in Cedar Grove, NJ.

• Typical handling time for in-stock products: 3 business days
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated.
• Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping Rates

Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free shipping.

For orders below $50, available shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes are also shown at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Typical carrier transit time after an order ships is 1-7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when tracking is available.

Preorders

The 8-Bit Armor GBA Game Cartridge Case is currently available for preorder and is expected to ship on October 15, 2026.

This date is an estimate and may change. If the expected shipping date changes materially, we will update the product page and notify affected customers when possible.

Preorder cancellations are handled according to our Cancellation Policy. Return and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact us at support@8bitarmor.com as soon as possible if you need to correct an address.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or contains the wrong item, contact us at support@8bitarmor.com with your order number and photographs, if applicable. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
